5. Orders and Payment

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

7.1 No Cancellation Policy: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We immediately begin the energization, personalization, and preparation process for your astrological products. Gemstones are selected based on your specific requirements, Yantras undergo Prana Pratishtha ceremonies, and Rudraksha beads are authenticated and cleansed according to Vedic rituals.

7.2 No Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes gemstones, yantras, rudraksha beads, remedy kits, consultations, readings, and all other products and services. The effectiveness of astrological remedies depends on individual karma, faith, and cosmic timing, and dissatisfaction with spiritual results does not qualify for a refund.

7.3 No Returns Policy: We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with astrological outcomes. Products that have undergone Prana Pratishtha and personalized services cannot be resold and are specific to you.

7.4 Exceptions: Replacements (not refunds) may be considered ONLY in the following exceptional cases:

• Product arrives physically damaged due to shipping (report within 48 hours with photographic evidence)
• Wrong product shipped (report within 48 hours, product must be unused in original packaging)
• Certified defective or proven counterfeit product (report within 7 days with laboratory verification)
• Duplicate payment charges (refund of excess charge only)

7.5 Consultation Services: Consultation, reading, and birth chart analysis services are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once the session is conducted or the report is delivered. One reschedule is permitted for scheduled consultations, subject to astrologer availability.
