Question 1

How does the personalized reading process work?

Accepted Answer

Our resident Vedic astrologers analyze your exact date, time, and location of birth to map your Kundli (birth chart). We calculate planetary positions, current Mahadasha cycles, and house alignments to pinpoint specific life areas (career, relationship, health, finance) and recommend authentic remedies tailored to your planetary geometry.

Question 2

What information do I need to provide for my Kundli mapping?

Accepted Answer

You will need your exact date of birth, time of birth (preferably from official birth record), and city/location of birth. If exact time of birth is uncertain, our astrologers perform time rectification using key historical life events.

Question 3

Are the gemstones and Rudraksha lab-certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every gemstone (Pukhraj, Neelam, Panna, Manik, etc.) and natural Rudraksha bead is individually tested and certified by premier independent gemological laboratories (IIDL, GTL). Each remedy ships with its original physical laboratory certificate confirming authenticity, carat/ratti weight, and natural mineral origin.

Question 4

What does Prana Pratishtha / energization mean for the products I receive?

Accepted Answer

Prana Pratishtha is the traditional Vedic blessing ritual of instilling spiritual energy into a physical remedy. Before dispatch, experienced priests perform custom Abhishekam and chant authentic 108 Vedic mantras dedicated to your governing deity or planet. Your package arrives properly blessed and ready for wearing or home shrine placement.

Question 5

Can I get video proof of the energization ceremony?

Accepted Answer

Yes! For select premium remedies and personalized energization rituals, we provide video documentation of the Vedic chanting, Sankalp, and Abhishekam performed in your name and Gotra.

Question 6

How long does delivery take after energization?

Accepted Answer

Because every item undergoes individual ritual energization and laboratory verification, processing takes 2–3 business days. Safe, insured delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across India via premier courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC.

Question 7

Is shipping insured against damage or loss in transit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 100%. All shipments are fully transit-insured and packaged in tamper-evident, cushioned velvet boxes to ensure your sacred remedy arrives in pristine condition.

Question 8

What is your return and exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 7-day return policy for un-damaged items in original packaging with intact lab certificates. Returned items will undergo respectful ritual cleansing. Please contact our dedicated support team to initiate any return or exchange.

Question 9

How do I care for and maintain my energized gemstone or Yantra?

Accepted Answer

Each shipment includes a detailed Vedic Care & Mantras Guide specifying the ideal day, tithi, and hora for initial wearing, purification instructions with raw milk/Gangajal, and periodic mantra recitations to maintain energetic potency.
