Due to the sacred, energized, and personalized nature of our astrological products and services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it CANNOT be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except as specifically mentioned in this policy.

All orders are NON-CANCELLABLE once placed. When you complete your purchase and payment is processed, we immediately begin the preparation process:

• Yantras undergo Prana Pratishtha (energization ceremony) customized for you
• Rudraksha beads are authenticated and cleansed according to Vedic rituals
• Remedy kits are personalized based on your birth chart and requirements
• Consultation appointments are scheduled and astrologer time is allocated

2.2 Why Orders Cannot Be Cancelled

Our products and services involve:

• Sacred Rituals: Once energization ceremonies begin, they cannot be reversed
• Personalization: Products are customized specifically for your astrological needs
• Time & Resources: Astrologer consultations and chart preparations require dedicated time
• Spiritual Nature: These are not generic retail products but sacred spiritual tools

3. No Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Policy

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not offer refunds for any products or services, including but not limited to:

• Certified natural gemstones (Pukhraj, Neelam, Manik, Emerald, etc.)
• 24K gold-plated energized Yantras (Shree Yantra, Kuber Yantra, etc.)
• Original Nepal Rudraksha beads (all mukhi varieties)
• Astrological remedy kits and combinations
• Evil eye protection items and spiritual accessories
• Personalized Vedic astrology readings and consultations
• Birth chart analysis and astrological reports
• Digital products and downloadable content

3.2 Why Refunds Are Not Offered

• Energized Products: Items that have undergone Prana Pratishtha cannot be resold
• Personalized Services: Consultations and readings are specific to you and cannot be reused
• Authenticity & Certification: All products come with certificates and are selected specifically for your order
• Spiritual Efficacy: The effectiveness of remedies depends on faith, timing, and personal karma

3.3 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order. Please ensure you:

• Carefully review product descriptions and specifications

• Understand the nature and purpose of the product or service

4. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements will ONLY be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

If your product arrives physically damaged due to shipping:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographs showing the damage and packaging
• The original packaging must be retained

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

• Report within 48 hours of marked delivery
• We will investigate with the shipping carrier
• If confirmed as non-delivered, we will reship or offer store credit

5. No Returns on Consultation Services

Consultation and reading services are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once:

• The consultation session has been conducted (in-person, phone, or video)
• The astrological reading or report has been delivered to you
• The birth chart analysis has been completed and shared
• Digital content has been downloaded or accessed

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule once, subject to astrologer availability. No-shows without prior notice forfeit the consultation fee.

6. Payment Failures and Duplicate Charges

If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. You may retry payment or place a new order.

6.2 Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same order:

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception:

Note: Claims submitted after the specified timeframes (48 hours for damage, 7 days for defects) will not be entertained.

8. Store Credit Alternative

In exceptional cases where a refund cannot be processed but we acknowledge an issue, we may offer store credit at our sole discretion. Store credit:

• Can be used for future purchases on our platform
• Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
